The courses
Develop your leadership skills in international teams

The secret of successful international teams is to master the managerial, communication and social skills required to bring the team together, create common values, creating a synergy that actually makes the team work together and reach the objectives.
The good manager knows how to optimise the technical, financial and human resources at his disposal. However it is the good leader who is able to federate/unite the men and women he needs ...
The multicultural dimension adds yet another difficulty which renders the notion of leadership even more complex.
